Qualifications

Experience in retail sales preferred.
Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
Ability to use a computer, analyze reports, manage inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
Lead with non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and motivation.
Develop positive relationships with suppliers and promote excellent service.
