Job summary

The starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with an estimated annual earning potential of $84,500–$105,500 depending on location and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Oversees daily store operations including stocking, merchandising and customer service.
• Plans and conducts meetings and training sessions with staff.
• Ensures adherence to store policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Interviews candidates and recommends placement to district leadership.
• Communicates performance expectations and provides coaching.
