ALDI stores are seeking a Store Manager Trainee who will lead operations and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee stocking, merchandising, customer service, and daily standards while learning from hands-on leadership experiences.

Starting at $29.50 per hour for full-time work, about 45 hours a week, with an earning potential in year one of roughly $86,000 to $107,500 including bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.
• Experience leading store teams and delivering results.

Responsabilités

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees the appropriate resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.
