Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda provides paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
