Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking capable leaders for our store management team in California. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single store, contribute to financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while undergoing a multi-week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and help achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to execute daily operations.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
