Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Oversee execution of daily store operations to ensure quality and service standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
