Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Ashland, KY.

You will oversee store staff, provide leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. You will drive merchandising, promotional programs, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe store environment with in-stock products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with Retail Management experience
• 1+ years of Retail Management experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in merchandising and marketing programs
• Cash handling and fuel transaction knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader
• Train and coach store staff; develop future leaders
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs
