Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store; hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and support staff through the store leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
