Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and oversee store activities to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for successful management.
