Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a capable Assistant Manager to help run a single store, drive financial goals, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will participate in a leadership training program of three or more weeks to prepare for success.

You will manage hiring, supervision of associates, and daily store operations while benefiting from ongoing career development and support from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of assisting the operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide three-plus weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
