Panda Express is Seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store in Carbondale, IL. You will hire, lead and direct associates to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A paid 3+ week Store Leadership Training program will prepare you for success within Panda’s leadership culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Contribute to success through participation in leadership training programs (3+ weeks).
