Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in Carbondale, IL. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
