Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Littleton, CO to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, analyze daily sales, and uphold company standards across all store functions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver''s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and management.
• Develop and manage tasks to maximize customer service within guidelines.
• Handle supplier relationships and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Organize and maintain site files and ensure reports are completed on time.
