Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

This role requires a high school diploma, willingness to move within 50 miles, and a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Serve Safe certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and manage and direct associates to achieve goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in hiring and training to support store performance and Panda standards.
