7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Michigan. You will supervise staff, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales and daily operations.

Responsibilities include training employees, implementing merchandising programs, managing cash handling and loyalty promotions, and maintaining a clean, safe store. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required with Retail Management experience.

Qualifications

• Retail management or supervisory experience is required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Ability to manage merchandising and promotions.
• Must be able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
• Train, coach and develop store employees.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and loyalty promotions.
