As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates, and work toward achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to meet financial targets and maintain service quality.
• Lead and participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
