Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Rancho Mirage. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

A 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program will prepare you for success. We require a high school diploma, Serve Safe certified food safety, and flexibility to work openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays, within 50 miles

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to hit financial goals and guest-service targets.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
