Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Pleasant Grove, TN. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll complete a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and growth into management positions within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of assisting the operation of a single store and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
