Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Greeneville, TN. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and guide associates, and strive to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within our growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Serve Safe certified is required for food safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Participate in and benefit from an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
