Panda Express, a leader in quick service dining, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store in Bristol, TN. You will drive daily operations and guest satisfaction.

You’ll hire, coach, and direct teammates to achieve financial goals, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week Store Leadership Training program will prepare you for success and advancement within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist store operations, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
