Job summary

7-Eleven in Oakdale, Minnesota, is looking for a Store Leader to drive profitability and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes overseeing the store team, implementing marketing initiatives, and managing daily operations in a clean and safe environment.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to empower employees. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting our commitment to employee success.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repeated bending and standing.
