Job summary

Circle K is seeking a dedicated leader for our Grand Canyon BU - Region 02 - Market 06 location in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, and managing daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You'll recruit and train employees, schedule shifts, monitor inventory and cash control, and ensure safety and clean site standards. Strong English communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient computer use for reports, inventory and cash control.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking and overall appearance to standards.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to maximize service.
• Apply non-discriminatory management and staff development.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints.
• Promote safe environment and public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on safety and company procedures.
• Communicate with teams via meetings and written updates.
• Organize files, reports and financial activity for the site.
