Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager for the Parker, AZ location. The candidate will recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, safety, and ensuring inventory and financial controls are in place, with emphasis on communication and community relations. The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail, and the ability to analyze reports and manage store operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and management meetings.
• Communication in English (oral/written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and presentable.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site standards.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints professionally.
