Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Support ongoing career and leadership development and opportunities for advancement into management.
