Qualifications

• The minimum qualification is a High School diploma or GED, with retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise, train, and develop staff per CSR/ASM duties, and to use a computer for reports.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meetings and bank visits.
• Clear written and spoken English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks, maintain a clean, stocked site, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain professional conduct and support subordinates and supervisors.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to optimize service and site image.
• Lead non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling and motivation.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and train staff on safety and standards.
• Communicate timely information and organize regular team meetings.
• Evaluate site needs, organize files, and ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; manage margins.
