Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in and complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
