Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – You WILL be driving company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities, oversee and direct coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor results for revenue and growth.
• Account Management: Oversee direct coworker's collection activities, follow-up on accounts requiring manager intervention, approve customer commitments and provide leadership and training to ensure procedures are followed for collections.
• Leadership: Monitor and achieve planned profits by managing store resources, ensuring policy compliance, protecting assets, inventory control, pricing, cash handling and problem resolution.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop coworkers, schedule daily activities, recruit and hire, maximize retention and deliver exceptional customer service.
