Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a trainee to learn store operations and complete an accelerated development track to Store Manager. You will shadow the Store Manager across front-end and pharmacy, participate in rotations, and earn the necessary certifications as outlined in the learning plan.

Under supervision, you will support operations, customer experience, and people management while attending classroom, online, and on-the-job training. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years retail management experience with HS diploma.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in rotations to prepare for Store Manager role.
• Attend training and achieve required certifications for Store Manager.
