Walgreens in Rochester, MN seeks a Store Manager to lead front-end and pharmacy operations, drive customer experience, and partner with leaders to achieve company deliverables. You will recruit, hire, coach, and manage performance while ensuring store assets are protected and profits improved.

Responsibilities include scheduling, cash control, inventory accuracy, compliance with laws, and cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic initiatives across the store.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification or two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with ethics, self-motivation and communication.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to relocate to a different store location if promoted.
