Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and tools.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR and ASM functions.
• Computer skills for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• English communication (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management during hiring, training, counseling and separation.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with all staff and management.
