Circle K store 2720410 in Boone, North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, hire and motivate staff, and deliver fast, friendly service. You will assist the Store Manager, handle scheduling, training, merchandising, bookkeeping, and maintain high standards while ensuring predictable onsite attendance.

The role includes executing the food program and leading by example in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Supervisor or management experience preferred
• Food handling experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of store operations
• Help hire, supervise and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks
• Handle bookkeeping and merchandising to maintain high standards
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers and ensure predictable onsite attendance
