ABC Liquors, Inc. is seeking candidates for its Leader-in-Training (LIT) program in Vero Beach, Florida. This is a six-month developmental program aimed at preparing future store leaders. Participants will engage in training sessions, complete competencies, and have opportunities to enhance store operations and sales.

The ideal candidate must be 21 years of age and have at least 6 months of retail leadership experience or relevant education, along with a flexible work schedule. Benefits include paid vacation and excellent wellness-based health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with guests and team members.
• Complete all training within the LIT program.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Build supervisory skills including delegation and scheduling.
