Job summary

ABC Liquors, Inc. is seeking a Leader-in-Training to develop into future store leaders. This hands-on role involves training in store operations, supporting company initiatives, and developing leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of retail leadership experience and must be 21 or older. Responsibilities include completing training, managing cash control, and supporting the team and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or a combination of 2 years of education and experience.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with Guests and Team Members.
• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting completion in 6 months or less.
• Travel to other stores as planned by the District Manager.
• Perform key management tasks such as opening/closing the store and cash control.
• Communicate regularly with management about program progress.
