Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent our brand, build sales teams, and enhance customer and employee satisfaction. You will participate in a comprehensive training program aimed at preparing you for a management role, with a commission-driven environment and a strong monthly bonus program.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated to hit sales goals, thrive in a commission-driven setting, and eager to advance into store management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Analyzes daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguards and accounts for all money received and handles banking responsibilities.
