Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service environments.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence others effectively.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for 7+ hours daily.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Comprehensive training program to prepare for management role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Achieve financial objectives through monitoring controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, expenses).
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements and protect store reputation.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money and bank the cash correctly.
