Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. The program spans 16 weeks with both virtual and hands-on learning, guided by district leaders and store leadership.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and retail management experience or CVS supervision is advantageous. Expected 45 weekly hours and full-time employment offer a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor, is beneficial.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
