84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee—an entry-level, full-time role designed to train you for leadership in store operations. You’ll rotate through sales, inventory, estimating, and administration, with promotions possible within 6–12 months based on performance and openings.

No prior experience is required; bring dedication and willingness to learn, and you will be supported with a structured development plan and relocation opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; no prior experience required to start.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week) with overtime included.
• Training plan to prepare for store-management roles within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS system responsibilities.
• Operate Microsoft Office and related tools as part of daily tasks.
• Read blueprints and generate material lists for projects.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine issues.
• Support store operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
