Job summary

84 Lumber is hiring a Manager Trainee to join a fast‑paced retail environment and begin a pathway to store management. You’ll receive hands-on training across all aspects of store operations with clear promotion opportunities within the first 6–12 months based on performance.

No prior experience is required. You’ll contribute to sales, inventory, customer service, and daily operations while taking advantage of a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training plan included.
• Openness to relocation for management opportunities.
• Able to learn multiple store operations areas and manual/blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and drive sales in a retail environment.
• Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Perform payroll, invoicing and POS tasks as part of operations.
• Learn and apply blueprint reading and material estimation.
• Operate forklifts and maintain safety standards.
