Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Manager in Training to fully lead store staff and operations when the Store Manager is unavailable. This entry-level management role focuses on driving sales, customer service, and team leadership at the store level.

You will support goal setting, training, and performance evaluation while ensuring proper store operations, merchandising, and upkeep in a fast-paced streetwear environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lifting 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability and provide high-level customer service.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager in communicating goals to maximize team contributions.
• Monitor and evaluate performance: sales, hourly production, UPTs, and loss prevention.
• Demonstrate leadership to assist Store Manager in staffing and guidance.
• Ensure floor set execution and promotions are followed timely.
• Direct merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Identify customer needs and ensure assortment meets them.
• Coordinate markdowns and transfers with Store Manager.
• Ensure store cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
