SNIPES is seeking a Manager in Training to run store staff and operations in the Store Manager and Assistant Manager's absence. This entry-level management role focuses on leading the team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes coordinating with store leadership, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring visual standards and promotions are executed smoothly. 18+ age requirement; 2+ years retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2+ years’ experience in retail preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving goals and providing high customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with communicating goals to maximize team contribution toward the sales plan.
• Monitor performance metrics like sales volume, hourly production, and loss prevention.
• Direct and maintain staff and floor execution per promotions and floor set guides.
• Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with Visual Merchandising standards and current plans.
• Support markdowns, transfers, and stockroom cleanliness and organization.
