SNIPES is seeking a Manager in Training in Georgia for an entry-level management track rooted in hands-on store operations. You will lead sales and customer service initiatives, support the Store Manager, and help drive profitability while learning daily leadership responsibilities.

The MIT role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a strong understanding of merchandising standards, aiming to prepare you for higher leadership within SNIPES.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required.
• Ability to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Driven to achieve results and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership to drive sales and store profitability; provide high level customer service.
• Assist Store Manager in communicating store goals to the team to meet the sales plan.
• Monitor performance: sales, hourly production, UPTs, charge accounts, loss prevention.
• Lead store staff and maintain visual merchandising and floor sets.
• Ensure correct markdowns and merchandise transfers in a timely manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness on sales floor and in stockroom.
