• Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams, teaching and guiding associates to deliver the One Best Way service.
• Drives store financial performance, reviews PL, budgets, and manages expenses to hit goals.
• Ensures customer service excellence and resolves issues to maintain a high-quality experience.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and supports plans to meet customer and business needs.
