Job summary

Dollar General Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in implementing store processes, supervising employees, managing staffing, inventory, stocking and receiving. This limited-duration role develops external candidates for the Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.
