Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; or 1 year retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC may be required after successful completion of a background check and firearms training.
• For facilities that sell ammunition, a state Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store sales by monitoring budget, forecasting, inventory flow, and merchandising.
• Maintain outstanding customer service by modeling the One Best Way (OBW) and resolving issues promptly.
• Hire, train, mentor, and promote a culture of belonging and strong performance.
