Buckle in Grandville, MI is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader for a full-time on-site role. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, train Teammates, and manage daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach Teammates on floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with product knowledge and locating merchandise.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and guest relations.
• Coordinate store operations with leadership team and manage floor shifts.
• Support recruiting, training, and development of Teammates.
• Ensure theft prevention and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Maintain clean, organized, shoppable store and visually appealing displays.
