Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory, cash control, etc.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Supervise and train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
