Buckle is seeking an Assistant Manager in training to drive sales, lead the team, and ensure a top-tier guest experience at our Muskogee, OK store. This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates while maintaining store standards and operations.

The Assistant Manager in Training progresses to a Store Manager role, coordinating merchandising, training, schedule planning and guest relationships to meet Buckle's service and performance

Formación

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates and manage shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver legendary customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; cover store leadership in the Manager's absence.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising and loss prevention.
