Responsibilities include coaching teammates, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with Buckle standards while driving performance and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and sales goals.
• Support store operations including merchandising, cashiering, and guest services.
• Recruit, train, and motivate new Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Maintain loss prevention and visual standards; ensure safe, clean store.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on education focus, zone ownership, and performance tracking.
• Provide high-level customer service and live showroom demonstrations.
