Panda Express is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist store operations, hire, manage, and direct staff to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Open to relocation within a 50-mile radius.</br>Must be available for flexible scheduling, including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
