Job summary

Buckle in Keizer, Oregon seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver our mission: create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and daily operations while developing Teammates.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, with elevated duties, coaching, training, and store leadership in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead by example with customer service excellence.
• Strong coaching and training skills for Teammates.
• Ability to recruit and develop team members.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service with a friendly attitude.
• Assist in sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Train, motivate, and coach Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Support recruitment and new Teammate onboarding.
• Maintain store standards and guest satisfaction across all areas.
